Before we can integrate Whatsapp to eGrow, we need to learn how we can generate Whatsapp Access Token.

This guide outlines how to create a permanent access token for authenticated calls to the WhatsApp API.

1. Go to your Facebook dashboard and navigate to Business Settings > Users > System Users. Click Add to create a new system user.

1. Assign a unique username and set the role to Admin. Click Create System User.

On the system user's profile page:

1. Click Generate New Token to create a permanent access token.

1. Select your app from the dropdown and enable the following permissions:

• whatsapp_business_management
• Whatsapp_business_messaging

1. Click Generate Token and copy the access token to your notepad, as it won't be visible again in the dashboard. (Also it is needed to integrate Whatsapp with any platform like eGrow)

This permanent access token will not expire unless you revoke it manually.

Now, we can integrate Whatsapp with eGrow, follow these steps:

1. On the integration section, select Whatsapp and click on INTEGRATE

1. Now click on NEW ACCOUNT

1. Now add the ACCESS TOKEN that we just showed how to do it  > Label > Phone ID

1. Then click on SUBMIT
