Yes. eGrow authorises Intigo using whichever method Intigo officially supports — OAuth, API key, or signed webhook — and never stores plaintext credentials. Connections are encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest, and you can revoke access from Intigo or eGrow at any time.

Yes. eGrow is GDPR-compliant; data flowing between eGrow and Intigo stays inside the regions you choose. We sign DPAs on request and only process the fields your automations explicitly use.

Triggers from Intigo fire in real time via webhooks where Intigo supports them, otherwise eGrow polls every 1–5 minutes. Most automations run end-to-end in under 2 seconds.

eGrow retries failed calls with exponential back-off, deduplicates retries, and surfaces the error in the run log with the exact response from Intigo so you can fix it. You'll get an email if a workflow keeps failing.
