During your first month of subscription only, you are eligible for a prorated refund for the remaining unused period.
If you sign up on May 1st and request a refund on May 15th, you would receive a refund for the remaining 16 days of your subscription (approximately 52% of your monthly payment).
This policy is designed to give you confidence in trying our service while ensuring you only pay for the time you've used it during your initial month.
After your first month of subscription, all payments are final. We do not offer refunds or partial reimbursements for any reason beyond the first month period. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing, but no refunds will be issued for the current billing period.
To request a refund during your first month:
Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used for the purchase.
All subscriptions and payments are processed in full at the time of purchase.
If you choose a recurring plan, it will automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle.
Customers are fully responsible for managing their subscriptions and canceling on time if they do not wish to continue.
