Yes. eGrow is GDPR-compliant; data flowing between eGrow and Onessta stays inside the regions you choose. We sign DPAs on request and only process the fields your automations explicitly use.

eGrow retries failed calls with exponential back-off, deduplicates retries, and surfaces the error in the run log with the exact response from Onessta so you can fix it. You'll get an email if a workflow keeps failing.
