This guide walks you through connecting Shopify to your eGrow workspace so that orders, products, and customers stay in sync automatically.
1. Install the eGrow app
From the Shopify App Store, install eGrow — COD & WhatsApp. Accept the permissions requested for orders, customers, and fulfillments.
2. Map your shipping options
Inside eGrow go to Settings → Integrations → Shopify and map each Shopify shipping method to the corresponding eGrow carrier.
3. Test with a sample order
Create a test order at $0.01 in Shopify. It should appear in eGrow within 10 seconds. If it doesn't, check the webhook log.
